Book a Session
Choose a class or session below. Payment is collected securely at checkout through our booking platform.
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit that lesson credit.
If you need to cancel due to illness or injury, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All sales are final. Lesson packs expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Refunds on unused packs may be considered within 7 days of purchase or in the case of a serious medical circumstance — please reach out directly and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first session to complete a brief health intake form and meet your instructor. Wear comfortable, fitted clothing and bring grip socks and water — equipment is provided.
